Great views, but some drawbacks

The rooftop bar was a highlight with panoramic views. Staff always greeted us warmly, and the pool area provided a relaxing ambience perfect for unwinding after our beach excursions. Good Wi-Fi helped me stay connected while enjoying the sun.

Unfortunate that the air-conditioning was faulty on our first night, leading to a sweltering experience.

Excellent base for a 3-night stay. We liked the great pool. All staff was EFFICIENT giving some tips about the city. Room was good value. Within short walking distance to Varadero Beach, where you can have lunch.

Had a great time at Whala! Fun! The rooftop bar offers fine views and the cocktails are delicious. Rooms are clean and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for my video calls. Just be aware, breakfast starts a bit late if you have early plans!

The units are tastefully decorated, new-fashioned with lockers, the internet, the TV:)))

The stay here was very relaxing, liked the hotel, it was neat with absolutely perfect and fantastic location short walk to Really close to the sea, the coast, and local restaurants / bars. Everyone we encountered was fairly friendly and superfriendly. Everything was simply good.

Helpful and friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay.

We could also hear everything from the breakfast area which disturbed our sleep. The room air-conditioning was faulty, leaving us feeling unsafe with the balcony door open all night.

The food was very tasty and varied, the room was cleaned daily, linen and towels were changed every two days

A very friendly hotel,great food and clean rooms,recommend to anybody wanting to stay in lively Arenal. 1 minute to beach and shops. 2 minute to bus stop for Palma and airporto and great vibe around the area! We have stayed in many other hotels in the resort but this was the best, small ,good range of food and smiling helpful staff

I would have liked the dining room to have stayed open till 10 pm as we eat late. The fitness room was a bit poor and very depressing , a bedroom turned into a gym, better to have it as a bedroom than a gym!We did choose the hotal for this but everthing else was good and ended up in the sea a lot more. Did not use the pool as it was too small for swimming in but seemed like people enjoyed and the beach is only a minute away...........

Clean room, good service, good food in the restaurant, everyday is diffrent dishes.

Party people comes at 4 A.m and make big loud but not every night.

The only cons of the hotel was poor variety of food - literatim the same breakfast and dinner every day. But wouldn't expect to much for the price.

Had a pretty sweet stay, but the room was a bit cramped and the shower had some rust. The rooftop bar was a choice spot for cocktails!

Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The cleanliness issues and the subpar air-conditioning were disappointing. Although we received a complimentary bottle of wine, the deteriorating room standards overshadowed that.
